Before joining Alternative Fund Advisors, Terry was a senior vice president at Voya Investment Management. He spent more than six years leading the firm’s relationship management efforts with the Registered Investment Advisory community in the western half of the US. In his time at Voya, he grew RIA relationships to over $2 billion in AUM, working with some of the most successful firms on the West Coast.
Prior to Voya, Terry was a vice president at Highland Capital Management helping grow the firm’s liquid alternative capabilities and distribution.
Terry has a BA from The Johns Hopkins University. He was a member of the university’s lacrosse team where he received four All-America honors and was named the National Player of the Year in his final season. Terry holds the record as the all-time leading scorer in the school’s storied history.
