Dick Davies is a strategy consultant to the investment management industry and an angel investor in various financial technology and other companies.

Over the course of his career, he has been a Senior Managing Director with AllianceBernstein, President of Retail Investment Services with First Chicago Corporation, and Managing Director of First Chicago Investment Management Company. 


Dick holds a BA in economics and political science, with honors, from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a past trustee of the Employee Benefit Research Institute, and was a founder and served on the Executive Committee of the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association. He was named one of “40 Under 40” business leaders by Crain’s Chicago Business and “Fund Marketer of the Year” by Institutional Investor.
